1/1/2021 - In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we have instituted a full support system to track all support services as well as the projects we engage with. Every request regardless of how its initiated, telephone / email / SMS / ticket / quote / etc, is assigned a unique ticket number which we can use to track the progress and report the status to our customers.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. Please send an email to our support desk for more information.

As we  make this transformation internally, we are disconnecting this online portal for ticket creation. Our new portal will provide additional services including:
  • Ticket creation, 
  • Ticket history, 
  • Real Time Scheduling updates, 
  • Invoices, 
  • Make payments - (in a planned future update)
  • Repository off current and past quote requests, 
  • System configurations, 
  • Site Survey note attachments,
  • Project details
  • Technician project job logs.
  • Single management portal.
